Over a year ago I went to an oral surgeon and ended up leaving before surgery because of the unhygienic state of the room at my consult and the unprofessionalism of the staff. I was very nervous to get my wisdom teeth out especially after that experience. Originally I was planning on going to dentist of Maitland but they were unable to put me under general anesthesia so they sent me here to the dentist of lake Nona I had never been there so I was very nervous. God must have been watching out for me because the staff here is amazing and I am so happy they listened to my concerns no matter how crazy and dramatic I was being they were so incredibly kind and understanding. I am so glad I will never have to get my wisdom teeth removed again but if I did I would go to them. My mom told them I liked listening to salt and pepper when I wake up from surgery and they played it for me hahah they were the absolute best and i greatly appreciate their kindness through my dramatics. And they did a fantastic job. Thank you all :)

The dentist took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all my questions, and provide thoughtful recommendations without making me feel rushed. The endodontist was absolutely top-notch—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. She explained every single step of the procedure as she was doing it, which helped me feel calm and informed throughout the entire process. You can tell the entire team genuinely cares about their patients’ comfort and health. I left feeling well cared for and confident in the care I received.
